Thank you for completing the survey. You have been selected for the smartwatch group.

Please follow these steps to enrol in the study and receive your smartwatch.

1. Update your smartphone’s operating system.

2. Click on the link down below.

3. Select a time that suits you to pick up the smartwatch from our external partner “Schweizer Institut für Sucht- und Gesundheitsforschung” located at Konradstrasse 32, 8005 Zürich and install the relevant apps.

4. Note down the time of your appointment - we will not be able to send you a reminder.

5. On the day of your appointment, go to “Schweizer Institut für Sucht- und Gesundheitsforschung” (Konradstrasse 32, 8005 Zürich) at the time you selected. The signs will show you the way. Maeline (see picture) will greet you and guide you through the process.

6. Bring the participation code you received at the end of the survey. Without the code, you will not be able to receive your watch or participate in the study.
